Casa & Palazzo Lemmi:

Just in front of the church of the Collegiata in the historical medieval town of San Quirico d’Orcia, are Casa Lemmi and Palazzo Lemmi, a residence of Norman origins, which over a thousand years has been a refuge for the Templars, an imperial fortress, a hospital, a convent and a fortified palace.
The rooms at Casa Lemmi open internally to a staircase of romanic origins that has undergone various changes through time until reaching its present aspect in the 19th century, when it was crowned with a dome to let the sun and light flow in. To the outside, the rooms treasure a secret view of the monumental context of San Quirico d’Orcia and the Val d’Orcia.
Casa Lemmi offers hospitality in three double rooms, a junior suite and five suites, all differently furnished and decorated with family belongings from the 19th century. Each room has every modern comfort (telephone, fridge, safe, satellite TV, Internet, bathroom with either bath or shower, hair dryer, heating, air conditioning, centralised vacuum cleaning) and ample space for living as comfortably as at home.
The service includes breakfast, which is served in the courtyard garden in good weather or otherwise in the Sala Normanna, opposite the West Door of the church of the Collegiata.
Guests may park their cars close by and have easy access to the historical centre using the permit given by the residence, available through Internet.
Animals are welcome at the the residence. Payment may be made by credit card
