You may, instead, prefer to stroll amongst the olive groves or along the ancient royal roads leading to the top of Monte Giambo where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The breath-taking view encompasses the bay of Cornino from Erice to Marsala … and the old people say that in the limpid days of long ago you could even see the coasts of Africa.
