“Villa Oliveto”,affascinante casa in stile mediterraneo circondata da 8.000 metri quadrati di giardino e piane,si trova in cima a una collinetta privata,a 5 Km dal mare.
E’ dotata di una piscina privata immersa nel verde, tra olivi, cipressi, pini, castagni e alberi da frutto,e di un ampio parcheggio privato.
La Villa è disposta su tre piani,e da tutte le camere ,come dalle varie terrazze ,si gode di una stupenda vista sul mare.
Le camere sono tutte personalizzate e hanno i colori del sole,del mare, del tramonto, della campagna; due hanno la terrazza privata e le altre due si affacciano sul grande giardino.
Al piano terra c’è un salotto con camino ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.
Le colazioni sono servite nel patio o in giardino, e variano col variare delle stagioni,ma offrono sempre un piatto salato,torte e marmellate fatte in casa,pane tostato, frutta, succhi,focacce. Il tutto usando prodotti locali e del nostro frutteto.
“IL RUSTICO" E' UN ANTICO METATO COMPLETAMENTE E FINEMENTE RISTRUTTURATO NEL 2006 (vedi ultima foto) composto da grande sala con caminetto e cucinotto,un bagno,due camere matrimoniali,due verande e un grande giardino privato,VIENE AFFITTATO A SETTIMANE O ANCHE PER GLI WEEKEND.
Pur essendo a due passi dalle spiagge della Versilia (Viareggio e Forte dei Marmi) la Villa è immersa nella più assoluta tranquillità.
In poche decine di minuti si possono raggiungere le città d’arte della Toscana,come Lucca a 18 km,Pisa a 22 km, Firenze a 90 km,Siena e San Gimignano. Oppure a mezz’ora di distanza si possono visitare il Golfo dei Poeti e le Cinqueterre,o le suggestive cave di marmo tanto care a Michelangelo. Un soggiorno da noi è l'ideale anche per gli amanti della natura,con il Parco di Massaciuccoli e quello di Migliarino-San Rossore a pochi km;o con le splendide Alpi Apuane per chi ama la montagna incontaminata.
A luglio e agosto,nella vicina Torre del Lago, si svolge da decenni il Festival Pucciniano,nel teatro all’aperto proprio sulle rive del Lago di Massaciuccoli,di fronte a quella che fu l’abitazione del Maestro.

looks down on the coast of Versilia. There
are five double rooms each with its own private bathroom,all with panoramic view on the tyrrenian coast,a wide living room,where the guests can watch TV or read a book,a great patio with panoramic view,a large panoramic garden where breakfasts,in the good season,are served.
For the breakfasts we use only local products,as marmelade, cheese, ham,
cakes handmade. The swimming pool, in the middle of the park,is open from may to october. Villa Oliveto is sourrended by 8.000 sq.m. of grounds,with flowers and trees.There is also a large private PARKING. Its setting is ideal for excursions down to the beaches on the coast,as well as to many interesting locations nearby the house.
The hill is at 6 km. from the sea of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi,and you can reach the historical towns of Lucca in
half an hour.You can also visit nearby the famous Michelangelo's marble quarries,or the old towns of Pietrasanta and Camaiore ,Cinque Terre and Glofo dei Poeti. Firenze is at 90 km.,Siena 140,Sangemignano 80.
In May and August,at Torre del Lago Puccini (8 Km.), the international Pucciniano Festival is held, for the innumerable worldwide Puccini’s fans.
NOTE: IN the property there is the HOUSE "Il Rustico" a fine restored old tuscan house that can be rented for a week or more,all over the year

Mitermeervilla mit drei Stockwerken (das erste wo Eigentümers wohnen). Private PARKING.Gasten zur Verfugung stehen ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine große Terrasse,mit Sicht auf der Seelandshaft,wo man im Sommer Frohstuck habe,funf Doppelzimmer mit Badezimmer. Die Sicht aus den ganzen Fenstern ist wunderbar:man kann das Meer sehen. Von Mai bis Oktober ist Betrieb das schone Scwimmbad,das im Grünen liegt. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und es ist vonVersilia nicht weit. Das Landhaus hat 8.000 mq. Privatesland,deshalb findet man die Stille der Natur. Der Hügel ist 6 km.von Viareggio,8 von Forte die Marmi,20 von Lucca und Pisa weit. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Lage:es liegt in der Nahe von anderen berühmten Städten von Cinque Terre und Golfo dei Poeti,Pietrasanta,Camaiore oder die Alpi Apuane mit den bekannten Marmorbrüchen. Außerdem fehlen nicht die Bildungsverabredungen wie der „Festival Pucciniano“,in Torre del Lago Puccini,oder „Europa Cinema“ und Karnevale“ in Viareggio.
