Villa il Torchio - Bed & Breakfast:

The Villa housing our B&B was built in the early XX century and has always been the dwelling of Ferrero family, who gave name to one of the canton of hamlet Portiglie. Until the 70’s orchards and vineyards were grown in the Villa’s surroundings and wine was produced.
Ferrero family has devotedly preserved the beauty of the surroundings as well as the distinctiveness of the interior and has consecrate a portion of the building to a B&B where you can enjoy a pleasant stay. Surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature and by a traditional and cosy environment you will have a relaxing holiday, while getting in touch with old-time scents.

Villa “Il Torchio” stands very close to the main arterial roads and to the most prominent sights of north-western Italy and is located in the heart of one of the most important wine-growing areas of Piedmont, where world-famous wines like Bramaterra and Gattinara are produced, as well of the World most important textile district.
For making the most of your stay, full detailed documentation and useful information on cultural itineraries, sports and leisure, food and wine tourism and shopping is available at the Villa.

The Villa is set on the top of a hill dipped in the green of the park and surrounded by chestnut and oak woods, home to roe-deers, hares and wild boards.
In the park you will find a chalet with BBQ facilities and a terrace for your outdoor relax.
Refined, warm and cosy interior is fitted out with antique family furniture. You will have fabulous breakfast in the living room while enjoying a magnificent wide view on the park.
