“I Piceni’s Inn” is situated at short distance from historical, naturalistic and bathing centres. In 20 minutes you can reach the sea with the beaches of San benedetto del Tronto, Porto San Giorgio, Cupra Marittima and Grottammare. All these resorts have been decorated this year again with the “European blue flag”, a high recognition that certifies the sea water and beaches good quality and bathing services as well. In 30 minutes there are Ascoli Piceno and Fermo, two old towns with their wonderful squares rich in architectonic beauties and medieval legends and customs. Along the road you will find many little and unique towns rich in history and beautiful landscapes as well which must be absolutely visited. In addition to that we must mention the typical products represented by the wines and the delicious pork products and the typical local cooking having in “I Piceni’s Inn” one of its highest expression. The restaurant is already signalled on four paper guides, the Guide of “L’Espresso”, “Osterie d’Italia”, “La Gola in Tasca”, and “Alberghi e ristoranti” of “Quattroruote”.
Within 30 minutes as well you get to the slopes of Monti Sibillini, from there, everywhere you are, you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama over the mountains and the sea. The Marche, the whole Italy in one region.

The price includes: bed linen and bath towels, television, final cleanings.
All rooms have a private bath.
Double room 50 euros +15 euros for the third bed, we have also a 4 people room with bath and kitchenette for 85 euros.
For whom needs a single room we can offer it for 30 euros per night.
Half board on weekdays only dinner with 15% off on the menu, full board only on holidays and on pre-holiday days
We grant discounts for periods over 5 days which are to be agreed according to the period.
For low season periods we have an all included 2 people offer for the weekend: Saturday’s dinner, overnight stay, breakfast and lunch on Sunday for 150 euros all included, which is to define for more people. From Autostrada A14: leave the motorway at Pedaso’s road junction. To go to the right onto the SS 16, after about 200 mt. Turn right to SS 443 of the Val d’Aso(Aso Valley). Go on along this road for 21 Km up to Ortezzano, then turn right onto the SP 56 and after about 3 Km you will arrive to Ortezzano’s centre.
