Ingresso indipendente - Ogni appartamento del b&b L’Ulivo ha ingresso indipendente per garantire privacy e comodità.

La colazione viene servita a buffet e comprende tutto quello che potete immaginare: dolci, biscotti, crostate, pane, burro e marmellata, focacce salate, yogurt, succhi di frutta, latte e caffè. Se avete delle esigenze particolari potete farle presente al vostro ospite: nei limiti del possibile farà di tutto per accontentarvi.

Biancheria – In ogni appartamento il cambio di lenzuola e di asciugamani viene fatto settimanalmente.

L’Olivo” in situated in Porto Recanati, not far away from the exit of the motorway A14. the facility is in the midst of an olive grove, in a panoramic position from which you can admire all the beauty of Monte Conero and the Shrine of Loret.
Situated in a tourist village, the country house, built recently, is half a km away from Beniamino Gigli’s villa and just a couple km away from Recanati, Leopardi’s hometown.
The owner will be pleased to recommend the artistic and historic must-see places and the typical products to savour and to buy.
All of the above will allow you to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a simple yet smart context.

The B&B, which has an independent entrance and a garden, is elegantly furnished with antiques and parquet flooring. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds, and private bathroom. There is also available another apartment complete with: kitchenette, bathroom, garage and private entrance. Renting rates vary according to season.

The properties of “LOlivo” provides advice and informative materiel to guests so that they may organize tours and experience all the delights of culture, nature, and fine eating of the area. The can recommend the best restaurants for enjoying the local specialties. During the summer moths a garden and barbecue is available for guests.

The B&B “L’Olivo” offers the possibility to rent an apartment in a residential complex at the seaside. Close to the Monte Conero naturalistic park, the ideal place for a restful holiday in the sun in an area which has been awarded the European “BLUE FLAG”. This apartment had two double rooms, one of which with a seascape, living room with a sofa bed, private bathroom, washing machine, laundry service, garage and a reserved parking slot.
