Villa Antica Toscana sorge nel pittoresco paesino di Montemagno, piccolo borgo medievale immerso nel verde. La villa risale al 1700 ed è un perfetto esempio di architettura in stile toscano,con affreschi alle pareti,uno splendido vano scale in pietra serena, soffitti con travi-travicelli-mezzane in cotto sabbiati e archi in mattoni di cotto rosso. Inoltre dalle stanze al secondo piano si puo’ godere di una splendida veduta di Pisa e Livorno, fino al mare. Le camere a disposizione dei nostri ospiti sono quattro tutte arredate in stile classico,due matrimoniali con bagno privato e parquet,una matrimoniale e bagno privato,un monolocale con letto matrimoniale e cucina. Gli appartamenti invece sono due,il primo da massimo 9 persone,il secondo da massimo 4 .Tutti gli appartamenti, come le camere, hanno un ingresso indipendente. A disposizione dei nostri ospiti c’e’ una ampio giardino,e una terrazza dove nei mesi estivi, su richiesta, potrà essere servita la colazione e dalla quale si gode di uno splendido panorama.Il parcheggio è in comune, con la disponibilità di un’area verde con giochi per i piu’ piccoli. Vicino alla villa si trova un alimentari ed un’ ottima trattoria tipica toscana.
La Villa Antica Toscana, si affaccia sulla Valgraziosa,a circa 10 km della città di Pisa. A 2 km è situata la Certosa di Calci, dove è possibile visitare il Museo di Storia Naturale e i bellissimi interni del convento.Visitabile e’ anche la Fortezza della Verruca posta in cima al monte Verruca dal 1200 al 1500 centro delle interminabili guerra tra pisani, lucchesi e fiorentini.
Nelle vicinanze sono anche disponibili centri di equitazione,piscina,tennis,noleggio biciclette oppure e' possibile fare del trekking nei percorsi segnalati sulle nostre splendide montagne .
Questo è il posto ideale per chi vuole vivere una vacanza all'insegna del divertimento e del relax, ma anche essere vicini alle più importanti città toscane come Lucca, Firenze ,San Gimignano e Siena e a localita’ balneari come Tirrenia, Marina di Pisa,Viareggio Forte dei marmi ecc.

It's the ideal place for whom wants to live a relaxing holiday but also for whom wants to be near the most important tuscan towns as Lucca, San Gimignano,Florence and Siena and the seaside resorts like Tirrenia,San Marina di Pisa, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi ecc.

Das B&B Antica Toscana befindet sich in einem herrlichen rennoviertem Gebaeude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert im malerischen Montemagno, ein kleines mittelalterliches Dorf im Gruenen. Das B&B ist mit einem unabhaengigen Eingang, 2/3 Doppelzimmern mit Parket und 2 Badezimmern ausgestattet. Es gibt die Moeglichkeit die Kueche zu benutzen. Ein Parkplatz mit Gruenanlage und Spielplatz fuer die Kleinsten steht zur Verfuegung. In der Naehe des B&B befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschaeft und ein ausgezeichnetes typisches toskanisches Gasthaus.
Das B&B Antica Toscana blickt auf das Valgraziosatal mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Stadt Pisa und ihre Umgebung. Pisa ist in zirca 10 Minuten zu erreichen. 2 km entfernt lieg das “Kartaeuserkloster von Calci” in dem man das naturwissenschaftliche Musem besichtigen kann.
Das B&B Antica Toscana ist der ideale Ort um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen und sich dabei aber auch gleichzeitig in der Naehe der bedeutensten toskanischen Staedten wie Lucca,San Gimignano, Florenz und Siena sowie der Badeorten Tirrenia, Marina di Pisa, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi ecc. aufzuhalten.

Le B&B ‘Antica Toscana’ est aménagée dansune très belle maison du XVIII siècle entièrement renovèe et situèe au coeur de Montemagno, un petit village du moyen age plongè dans la verte campagne toscane. Le B&B a entrèe indèpendante, 2/3 chambres doubles avec parquet, deux salles de bain et donne la possibilitè de se servir de la cuisine.
Le parking est public et près d’un espace vert avec des teux pour les enfants. Tout près du B&B, il y a aussi un magasin d’alimentation et un très bon bistrot toscana. Le B&B ‘Antica Toscana’ donne sur la ‘Valgraziosa’ (Vallèe Jolie) avec une belle vue du village Montemagno et de la ville de Pise à dix minutes d’ici.
A’ deux km se trouve l’abbaye de Calci, où on peut visiter le musèe d’histoìre naturelle et les magnifiques intèrieurs du convent.
Voilà donc le lieu le meilleur où passer ses vacances en relax total et en meme temps tou tours près des plus belles villes toscanes telles que Lucca, Firenze, San Gimignano, Siena et tout à fait près des stations balnèaires de Tirrenia, Marina di Pisa, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi ecc...
