Il bed and breakfast ‘Le Ninfee’, immerso nella verde campagna laziale, è il posto ideale per staccare la spina, allontanarsi dallo stress cittadino ed assaporare i profumi ed i sapori della tradizione ciociara.
Consigliato per chi, approfittando di un’ospitalità accogliente, vuole dedicarsi alla visita delle bellissime città del centro Italia, il bed and breakfast è situato a metà strada tra Roma e Napoli. Gode, infatti, di una posizione centrale rispetto a molte mete turistiche come la costiera Amalfitana, il parco nazionale d’Abruzzo ed il golfo di Gaeta; senza dimenticare, però, la città di Cassino, a soli 4 chilometri. Cittadina di interesse culturale sia per i resti romani(teatro, terme, musei) che per i segni lasciati dalla seconda guerra mondiale, ma soprattutto per l’abbazia conosciuta in tutto il mondo. All’ arrivo nel bed and breakfast sarete accolti dai simpatici e disponibili gestori che vi accompagneranno nella tenuta. L’abitazione è circondata da un parco di 10.000 mq con ulivi, alberi da frutto ed un laghetto, adornato da piante acquatiche tra cui le bellissime ‘ninfee’, che danno il nome alla proprietà. Inoltre, per la gioia di tutti i bambini (e non solo) vi aspetta una piscina fornita di sdraio e tavolini. Nelle giornate più fredde invece sarà possibile guardare la tv in un
confortevole salottino, al caldo del fuoco di un camino. Le due stanze a disposizione, finemente arredate, si trovano al piano superiore e sono separate dal resto della casa da un’entrata privata. Il bagno in comune per le due stanze è fornito di tutti i comfort necessari. Al risveglio la colazione sarà servita nel soggiorno oppure, nelle belle giornate di sole, all’ombra di un ampio portico.

The bed and breakfast ‘Le Ninfee’, immersed in the typical Mediterranean countryside, is the ideal place to rest from the stress of everyday life and to discover perfumes and local traditions of ‘Ciociaria’.
For more dynamic people, it is also the perfect place to accommodate for visiting the wonderful cities of central Italy. Indeed, ‘Le Ninfee’ is situated in a strategic position, between Rome and Naples (about an hour and a half from both cities); this makes it easy to reach many beautiful places, such as the Amalfitana coast, ‘il parco nazionale d’Abruzzo’, and the Gaeta gulf. Cassino, just 4 kilometres from the B&B, is a city of cultural interest thanks to the rests of the ancient Roman village of Casinum (theatre, museum, term),
the signs left by the second world war, and, last but not least, the world-known ‘Montecassino abbey’.
When you arrive at the B&B, you’ll be welcomed by a nice Italian family who will show you the place. You’ll admire a garden of 10000 squared metres with olive trees, fruit trees, and a small lake adorned by aquatic plants such as the water-lilies (ninfee). Moreover, for the happiness of children, you’ll enjoy a big swimming pool with deck chairs. On the other hand, during cold days, it will be possible to watch TV in a comfortable lounge in front of the fireplace. There are two, nicely furnished, double rooms available, they are on the second floor, isolated by a private entry from the rest of the house, and they share a common bathroom.
In the morning, breakfast will be served in the lounge or, during sunny days, in the shadow of a spacious porch.

Das Bed&Breakfast-Domizil „Le Ninfee“ („Die Seerosen“) liegt inmitten der grünen Wiesen der italienischen Region Lazio. Er ist der ideale Ort um sich zu entspannen, dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen und die Gegend Ciociaria mit allen Sinnen zu genießen.
’Le Ninfee’’ liegt auf halbem Weg zwischen Rom und Neapel und eignet sich für Leute, die die schönen Städte im Zentrum Italiens besichtigen wollen und gleichzeitig die Gastfreundschaft des Ortes genießen möchten. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch zahlreicher, sehr lohnenswerter touristischer Ziele, wie z.B. die Amalfitana-Küste, das Naturschutzgebiet von Abruzzo oder der Golf von Gaeta; nicht zu vergessen die nur 4 km vom B&B entfernt gelegene Stadt Cassino. Cassino ist eine kleine gemütliche Stadt von gro?em kulturellen Interesse wegen ihrer romanischen Ruinen (Theater, Museen, Thermen) und der Spuren des Zweiten Weltkriegs. Und vor allem wegen der weltbekannten Abtei in Montecassino.
Bei der Ankunft im B&B werden Sie von den netten und hilfsbereiten Eigentümern empfangen, die Sie durch das Gästehaus führen. Ein ca. 10.000 qm großer Park umgibt das Haus. Dort gibt es nicht nur Oliven- und Obstbäume, sondern auch einen kleinen See mit Wasserpflanzen, darunter schöne Seerosen, die dem Haus seinen Namen gegeben haben. Zum gro?en Vergnügen der Kinder (und der Erwachsenen!) steht auch ein Swimming-Pool zur Verfügung, der mit Liegestühlen und kleinen Tischen ausgestattet ist. An kühleren Tagen hat man die Möglichkeit, vor einem Kamin in einem angenehmen Wohnzimmer fernzusehen.
Die beiden geschmackvoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer des B&B befinden sich in der obenen Etage und sind von den übrigen Räumen der Wohnung durch einen separaten Eingang getrennt. Beide Zimmer teilen sich ein gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück wird im Wohnzimmer serviert, an sonnigen Tagen auch im Schatten eines großen Portikus.

Le lieu de votre séjour est une magnifique villa méditerranéenne située dans un parc de 10 000 m² ou vous trouverez oliviers, arbres fruitiers dédiés à la dégustation et un charmant petit étang entouré de plantes aquatiques, parmi lesquelles des nénuphars
(Ninfee) qui donnent leur nom à la propriété. Pour vos moments de détente ou de jeu notre piscine vous attend d'avril à Octobre. Lors des périodes plus fraîches vous profiterez de la chaleur de notre confortable salon télé au coin du feu. Nos deux chambres d'hôte aménagées avec goût vous accueillent au premier étage de la propriété, elles disposent d'une entrée privée vous permettant d'être complètement indépendant si vous le désirez. Au réveil, votre petit déjeuner vous sera servi dans le séjour, sous le portique ou au bord de la piscine.
