la nostra struttura è una casa vacanze singola, ubicata in azienda agricola
lungo la strada statale 120 tra i comuni di Piedimonte Etneo e Linguaglossa
(CT).
La struttura è composta da due unità immobiliari autonome: un monolocale
climatizzato per 2\\4 posti letto con angolo cottura e bagno e un trilocale
climatizzato con 4\\6 posti letto con cucina, soggiorno con camino e bagno.
Entrambe le strutture accedono ad ampie terrazze panoramiche con vista
Etna-mare ed ampi spazi verdi.
Inoltre sono in funzione barbecue e forno a legna.
La casa vacanze dista: 9km dal mare, 15 km dalle escursioni sull’Etna e 14
km da Taormina, 5 km dalle Gole dell\'Alcantara.
Ci troviamo in posizione agevolata anche per tappe giornaliere un pò più
distanti.Si raggiunge infatti in 45 min Catania, 1h e 1\2 Siracusa ecc.

Our bulding is a single country house and it is located in a farm, along the national road 120, between the communes of Piedimonte Etneo and Linguaglossa (Catania).
The bulding is composed of 2 different and independent parts: a one-ropm flat with a bedroom for 2\4 persons, a kitchen and a bathroom and there is also a three-room flat with a bedroom for 4\6 persons, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Both of them have a wide panoramic terrace where you can appreciate at the same time Etna and sea. it is also possible to use the barbecue and the oven.
The holiday house is 8 km far from the sea, 15 km far from the top of Etna and 14 km far from Taormina

unser Ferienhaus liegt in einem landwirtschaftlicher Betrifb, entlang die Bundesstrasse 120 zwischen die Gemeinden von Piedimonte Etneo und Linguaglossa (Catania).
Das Ferienhaus besteht aus zwei verschiedene und selbstãndigf Gebäude: eine Einzimmerwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer fur 2\4 Personnes, mit einer Küche und mit einem Badfzimmer und es gibt auch eine Dreizimmerwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer fur 4\6 personen, mit einer Küche und mit einem Badfzimmer.
Beide Gebäude haben eine Terrasse mit einem schönen Panoramiblick von Ãtna und Meer.
Ausserdem hann man auch das Barbecue und den Ofen benutzen.
Das Ferienhaus ist 8 km weit von Meer, 15 km weit von Ãtna und 14 km von Taormina.

nostre structure est une maison de vacances individuelle, elle se trove dans une exploitation agricole, le long de la route nazionale 120 entre le communes de Piedimonte Etneo et Linguaglossa (Catania).
La structure est composèe par deux unitès immobilières autonomes : un monolocaòe avec une chambre à coucher pour 2\4 personnes, une cuisine et une salle de bains et enfin il y a aussi un trilocal qvec une chambre à coucher pour 4\6 personnes, une cuisine et une salle de bains.
Les deux bâtiments donnent sûr une vaste terrasse panoramique qui offre la possibilitè de voir en même temps l’Etna et la mer.
En plus on peut utiliser le barbecue et le four.
