Nel silenzio della verde campagna dell'Umbria,
al confine tra Toscana e Lazio, a 600 metri (c.a) di
altitudine, si trova il Bed & Breakfast CAPPANNARE.
Si tratta di un antico casale, la cui costruzione risale alla
metà del 1800, ristrutturato e dotato di ogni
comfort nel pieno rispetto della struttura esistente.
Il B&B Cappannare vi offre nei suoi 200 metri
quadrati delle spaziose camere da letto matrimoniali ,
con la possibilità di aggiungere all'occorrenza un
terzo posto letto.
Le camere sono arredate con estrema cura nei particolari.
Il B&B Cappannare è parte della tenuta agricola
che si estende per 80 ettari e dalla quale si dipartono itinerari
percorribili sia a piedi che in mountain-bike.

In the quiet green countryside of Umbria
(known as the “green heart of Italy” )
is located Bed & Breakfast CAPPANNARE,
in a hill of about 600 metres, astride Tuscany and
Lazio. Cappannare is a country house from the 19th
century, recently restored and gifted with every
comfort, respecting the old architecture stile and nature.
B&B CAPPANNARE offers, in a ground floor
of 200 mt², spacious double-bed rooms
( if it is necessary we can add a third bed ).
The interiors have been accurately decorated and
furnished in a very high standards, with country stile
furniture, providing a very comfortable holiday.
B&B Cappannare is part of our farm
( entirely of forests, woods and pastures ),
extended 80 hectares, all enclosed.
In our ranch you can follow the network
of information boards and signposts supplied by the
Mountain Community and discover nature on foot
or on bicycle.
All the bedrooms are double-bed rooms,
but if guests need a third bed we can add it.
A cosy and warm living room, gifted by television and
dvd/cd-players, sofa and fire-place, is at your disposal
to spend moments of relax and tranquillity or pleasant chat.
In this living room will be served breakfast, based
on typical Umbrian products
( jam, cakes, biscuits...home-made ).
