Il caseggiato è situato a 640 metri di altitudine s.l.m., all’interno di 17 ettari di terreno con più di 11.000 alberi (noci, ulivi e ciliegi).
A soli 7 Km, Palazzolo Acreide ed a 20 km Noto e Cavagrande. A circa mezz’ora d’auto: Siracusa, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, la Riserva naturale di Pantalica. A circa mezz’ora d’auto le spiagge di Marina di Noto ed a 40 minuti il porticciolo di Ognina (una insenatura naturale dove le barche da diporto trovano riparo insieme a quelle dei pescatori locali con un attrezzato centro di Diving).
Sono disponibili 8 camere esclusive (non fumatori), tutte con bagno privato, ingresso indipendente ed arredo personalizzato proveniente dalle collezioni famigliari della proprietà. Ciascuna camera è attrezzata con TV, frigo bar, telefono, riscaldamento, biancheria molto curata ed il rispettivo bagno è molto accogliente.

The country house is located at an elevation of 640 m in the middle of a 42-acre farm, full of nut, cherry and olive trees, seven kilometres away from Palazzolo Acreide and 20 kilometres away from Noto and Cavagrande.
The Aguglia Farm is 30 minutes from Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Pantalica. In the summer, Palazzolo Acreide hosts many cultural events and other entertainment such as: religious folklore, art exhibits, open-air theater, and musical performances at the Greek Theatre. The town has several churches, a post office, pharmacies, a newsstand, banks, a medical center as well as traditional restaurants, pastry shops with Sicilian specialties, bars, and pizzerias.
Agriturismo Aguglia is half an hour from the Noto Marina beaches and 40 minutes from the Ognina Marina, a small natural inlet used by local fishermen to dock their boats. The Diving Center is also located in the marina.
The features and quality of our country house: the mild climate in the summer and at sunset allows guests to relax outdoors after a day at the beach or sightseeing; guests are well taken care of at Aguglia.

La hacienda agricola Aguglia a solo 7 km Palazzolo Acreide. A media hora de auto: Siracusa, Ragusa ibla, Modica, Pantalica y a solo 20 minutos de auto Cavagrande del Cassibile y Noto.
A Palazzolo Acreide, se puede encontrar de todo: desde la oficina de correos, a los bancos, negocio de periodico, iglesia, farmacie, bar y restaurantes renombrados por su pasticeria y su cocina. Además, en el pueblo se realizan multiples eventos entre ellos: muestras, teatro dialectal en las plazas, representaciones clasicas y musicales de relieve en el teatro griego.
A media hora de auto: las playas de Noto el Puertito de Ognina (En una ensenada natural, con un optimo centro de Diving, donde las barcas encuentrn reparo junto a los pescadores locales. En un skipper y una barca pueden ser a vuestra disposición, reservandolas, para vivir dias de mar lejos de la confusión, para descubrir pequeñas calas y ensenadas todavía incontaminadas
por el turismo y un mar con los colores que pocos lugares en el mundo pueden mostrar.
Están a disposición de los huespedes 8 habitaciones todas muy bien cuidadas.

Tienen la entrada independiente del externo, pisos en cocido siciliano, techo de madera y decoración personalizada de distintas colecciones de los propietarios (conchillas, terracotas, utensillos y muebles antiguos). En algunas habitaciones se ha aprovechado de la altura para acerdivisiones en madera.

Das Landgut befindet sich 640 m über dem Meeresspiegel inmitten eines 170.000 m² großen Grundstücks mit 11.000 Bäumen darunter Oliven-Nuss-Kirschen. In nur 30 Minuten erreicht man Siracusa, Ragusa ibla, Modica und die Pantalica Schlucht, sowie die Sandstrände Lido di Noto. Das Naturschutzgebiet Cavagrande del Cassibile mit seinen Naturbecken, sowie die berühmte Barockstadt Noto sind nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Palazzolo Acreide ist die am nahesten gelegene Stadt (nur 7 km). Es herrscht das ganze Jahr angenehmes, mediterranes Klima. Im Hochsommer ist es erfrischend im Gegensatz zu den feucht-schwülen Stadtzentren direkt an der Küste. Unseren Gästen stehen sechs großzügige und gut ausgestattete Nichtraucherzimmer zur Verfügung. Durant l’été un grand nombre d’événements culturels ont lieu à Palazzolo Acreide : manifestations religieuses folklorique, expositions, theatre de rue en dialecte, représentations classiques et exhibitions musicales au theatre grec.
Le village dispose de lieux de culte, bureau de poste, pharmacie, marchand de journaux, banque, médecins ainsi qu’un large choix de restaurants renommés pour leur cuisine traditionnelle, de bar , de pizzeria et de patisseries proposant les desserts tipiques de la Sicile.
A une demi-heure de route des plages de Noto et le port de Ognina (crique naturelle où les embarcations de plaisance cotoient les bateux de peche, avec un centre de plongée).

Nous diposons de 8 chambres exclusives (non fumeur) exposée vers le parc et meublée avec la collection familiale de la propriété ( meubles, terres cuites, ustensiles…). Les chambres sont toutes équipées de TV, frigo, bar, téléphone, chauffage et salle de bain très accueillante.
