Abitazione di campagna di nuova costruzione con un’incantevole vista panoramica sul golfo che abbraccia una parte della costa cilentana e sulle rovine dell’antica Velia. Il contesto è l’ideale per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza in un confortevole ambiente familiare. La struttura è in stile armonico con la zona circostante; è immersa nel verde delle colline di Ascea e del Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano dichiarato "patrimonio dell'umanità" dall' UNESCO che ne ha voluto, così, tutelare la storia e la natura sottolineando l'eccezionalità delle presenze, tra il verde degli ulivi, il giallo delle ginestre, i vigneti , la famosa macchia mediterranea e l’azzurro del mare.
Da qui si possono fare passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta per le verdeggianti campagne viciniore, godendo pienamente dell’aria pura, di cui la zona, come tutta l’area cilentana, può ancora vantare l’incomparabile primato. "Le Manche” possono rappresentare e soddisfare i desideri e i bisogni del turista che cerca un tranquillo e suggestivo posto dove rinfrancarsi, con la consapevolezza di essere a pochi passi dal mare " di Ascea Marina" e dagli altri innumerevoli luoghi d’interesse del Parco.
Infatti, è possibile fare escursioni comodissime per Punta, Palinuro e Marina di Camerota verso Sud; per Punta Licosa, Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Pompei e Napoli verso Nord, le Grotte di Castelcivita, le Grotte di Pertosa e la Certosa di Padula nel Cilento interno. E tutto l’intero comune di Ascea con i resti dell’antica –Elea - Velia

Le Manche is a lovely cottage with garden and terraces with sight on sea, mountains and hills. In it two flats (A and B) are avaiable. The cottage is on two levels and is constructed on a slope in slant placed on the side of one hill covered with magnificient olives. The cottage is sorrounded by one olive-plantation growed by owners. All around the cottage the mediterranean vegetation of Parco Nazionale del Cilento and Vallo di Diano is luxuriant and magnificient.
The cottage is about 1 Km. and a half far from the lived center of Ascea-Velia, an ancient village builded on a overlooking the sea. It is possible to park freely near the cottage. The air is clean and the place is quiet. From the garden and the terraces of the cottage the look roves freely on a wide panorama: under your eyes the green hill gently goes down the sea and the valley. Towards the sea on a promontory, it is visible the ancient tower of Velia with the archeological excavations. In front it you can see the Monte Stella with some small ancient villages and its ancient church-steeples. The landscape is interesting with the green of olives and the blue of sky and sea.
Le Manche is about 6 Km. from the sea and from the beachs of Marina di Ascea. These beaches which are now famous for the summer holidays, three thousand years ago accommodated the port of the greek town Elea, famous for the school of philosophers and light of civilization in the Mediterranean sea. The remainings of this famous past time are preserved in the archeological excavations of Velia – Elea, 6 Km. far from Le Manche.
At Marina di Ascea it is possibile to play tennis, practice skating, swimming pool, windsurf, football, water skiing, riding and to have tours by boats and immersions along the coast and in the Grotte di Palinuro. It is possible to visit archeological rest of Velia, Paestum, village of Cilento full of history, handicraft and culinary specialities. In the summer time it is possible to have a part in many gastronomic, musical, sporting, theatrical performances.
Le Manche is qualified for summer holidays: it is to go to Pompei, Ercolano, Amalfitan Coast, Sorrento for a little trip of one day.
If you want to know new esperiences the owners shall teach you to make pizza, bread and typical cakes of the tradition of Cilento and Mediterranean diet.

Von hier aus können Sie in der reinen luft des Cilento-Gebietes Spaziergänge machen odermit dem Fahrrad fahren.
Die unvergleichbare Region „ Le Manche“ erfüllt besonders die Wünsche un Bedürfnisse des Touriste, der einen ruhigen und eindrucksvollen Ort sucht, wo er regenerieren kann, nur wenige Schritte zum Meer von Ascea Marina und anderen unzähligen, interessanten Plätzen des Nationalparks entfernt.
