La villa è situata nella tranquilla e solare frazione di Oro e gode di una splendida vista sul lago e sui monti circostanti. La struttura è di nuova costruzione: le camere hanno vista lago e nell'immenso salone un tipico camino lombardo riscalderà le serate invernali degli ospiti, mentre durante la stagione estiva si potrà ammirare un suggestivo panorama, rilassandosi nell'ampio terrazzo. Ai nostri ospiti offriamo una colazione abbondante e varia con prodotti locali e alcuni direttamente coltivati da noi. Sono a disposizione dei nostri ospiti tv, radio, vasta collezione di film in dvd, brochures ricche di informazioni(sul territorio, luoghi da visitare, eventi...) Parcheggio auto vicino alla casa - parcheggio moto coperto. In pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro paese(10 minuti a piedi). Nelle vicinanze numerose sono le opportunità per ogni tipo di soggiorno: nelle vicinanze è possibile visitare antiche ville e giardini e luoghi religiosi; frequenti sono inoltre i collegamenti in battello con il centro lago, in autobus con la vicina Valsassina, in treno con la Valtellina. La vicinanza al lago di Como permette di praticare molti sport acquatici, mentre nei dintorni si può praticare trekking, sci d'alpinismo e il parapendio sulla vicina alpe di Giumello.

In little minuteren the center is caught up on foot country (10 minuteren). In the numerous vicinities they are the opportunities for every type of stay: in the vicinities it is possible to visit ancient villas and religious garden and places; you attend are moreover the connections in boat with the center lago, in bus with the Valsassina neighbor, train with the Valtellina. The vicinity to the lago of Como allows to practice to many aquatic sports us, while in the outskirtses it can be practiced trekking, ski of mountaineering and the parapendio on the neighbor alpe of Giumello.

Das Haus ist vom neuen Aufbau: die Räume haben gesehen, daß lago und in der unermeßlichen Halle ein typischer Lombardic Kamin die Winterabende der Wirte heizt, während während der summery Jahreszeit ein evocative Panorama wird bewundert. Zu unseren Wirten bieten wir ein reichlich vorhandenes Frühstück an und schwanken mit gebürtigem Erzeugnis und einige, direkt, das es zu dir von uns kultiviert. Sie sind an Hand von unserem Wirte Fernsehapparat, Radio, unermeßliche Ansammlung des Filmes im dvd, Broschüren Rich der Informationen (auf der Gegend, zu besuchenden den Plätzen, den Fällen…) Parkenauto nah an dem Haus - Parken umfaßte Bewegung. In wenig die Mitte minuteren wird erfahren über Fußland (10 minuteren). In der zahlreichen Nähe sind sie die Gelegenheiten für jede Art Aufenthalt: in der Nähe ist es möglich, alte Landhäuser und frommer Garten und Plätze zu besuchen; du beachtest bist außerdem die Anschlüsse im Boot mit dem Mittellago, im Bus mit dem Valsassina Nachbar, Zug mit dem Valtellina. Die Nähe zum lago von Como darf zu vielem Wassersport uns üben, während in den outskirtses es geübtes Trekking, Ski des Bergsteigens und das parapendio auf dem Nachbaralpe von Giumello sein kann.

La proximité au lago de Como laisse nous pratiquer à beaucoup de sports aquatiques, alors que dans les outskirtses ce peut être trekking pratiqué, ski d'alpinisme et le parapendio sur l'alpe voisin de Giumello.
