La Spiga è un familiare affittacamere dotato di diverse camere semplici e funzionali tutte arredate con cura in stile moderno. La conduzione è a carattere familiare e le nostre prerogative sono la riservatezza , ospitalità e pulizia. Le camere sono suddivise in tre strutture.LA SPIGA 1 e LA SPIGA 2, vicine tra loro, sono situate alle porte di Firenze raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti di auto oppure con il bus cittadino (linea n. 35 Fermata Baccellina 1) con fermata posizionata vicino alle due strutture. LA SPIGA 3 è invece situata in zona diversa dalle altre due ma sempre alle porte di Firenze raggiungibile in auto in circa 20/25 minuti oppure tramite il bus cittadino (vedere di seguito).
La Spiga offre un soggiorno particolarmente consigliato per coloro che vogliono visitare la città senza problemi di parcheggio. Nelle immediate vicinanze, oltre che poter visitare le varie opere d’arte, potete passare un po’ del vostro tempo facendo shopping nel grande centro commerciale I Gigli in particolare LA SPIGA 3 situata proprio di fronte al centro commerciale, inoltre potete passare delle ore di relax nel vicino Centro Benessere Hidron.
Non c’è orario di rientro perché al momento del vostro arrivo vi consegneremo le chiavi della camera per poter essere indipendenti ed avere l’accesso in qualsiasi momento del giorno e della notte.

LA SPIGA 1
La Spiga 1 è dotata di una ampia camera a piano terreno molto luminosa, ariosa e confortevole che si affaccia su un ampio spazio verde.
La camera, semplice e funzionale , può ospitare fino a max 5 persone e dispone di bagno privato con doccia. E’ provvista di riscaldamento per i mesi invernali e ventilatore in estate. La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata ogni mattina, eccetto i giorni festivi.
LA SPIGA 2
La Spiga 2 ospita i suoi clienti in una piccola e confortevole villetta dotata di 3 camere, di cui due con bagno da condividere al piano ed una con bagno privato interno e corte privata.
Le camere sono tre, tutte molto spaziose, e sono posizionate una (doppia) al piano terreno con bagno privato e due (doppia e quadrupla) al primo piano con bagno da condividere. Arredate in maniera semplice e funzionale sono tutte dotate di riscaldamento e tv a colori. La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata ogni mattina, eccetto i giorni festivi.
LA SPIGA 3
La Spiga 3 ospita i suoi ospiti in un confortevole appartamento al 4° piano raggiungibile sia con scale che con ascensore.
Le camere, di cui una singola ed una doppia, sono spaziose ed entrambe con bagno esclusivo.
Le camere sono arredate in maniera semplice e funzionale provviste di riscaldamento per i mesi invernali e ventilatore in estate ed entrambe con tv a colori.
La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata ogni mattina, eccetto i giorni festivi.
Questa struttura non è vicina alla sede principale quindi è tassativo comunicare l’orario di arrivo e confermare lo stesso un’ora prima; inoltre in questa struttura non è possibile effettuare il pagamento con Bancomat o Carte di Credito.

Dalla stazione centrale di Santa Maria Novella prendere il bus cittadino diretto Lazzi o Cap (da prendere in Piazza Adua o Largo Fratelli Alinari, a fianco del MC Donald’s) ed arrivare alla fermata del centro commerciale I Gigli.
Le linee hanno il seguente orario:
- dal Lunedì al Sabato ogni ½ ora a partire dalle ore 7.20 (prima corsa) fino alle ore 20.20 (ultima corsa);
- la Domenica ogni ora dalle ore 9.50 (prima corsa) fino alle ore 19.50 (ultima corsa).
Con lo stesso biglietto può essere preso sia la Lazzi che la Cap.
L’altro bus cittadino è l’Ataf linea 30 ma non è diretto. Occorre infatti fermarsi a Campi Bisenzio via Orly e prendere la linea 303 ed arrivare alla fermata del centro commerciale I Gigli.
La linea ha il seguente orario:
- dal Lunedì al Sabato ogni ½ ora a partire dalle ore 7.00 (prima corsa) fino alle ore 20.00 (ultima corsa);
- la Domenica non effettua corse.
…per ritornare a Firenze partendo dalla Spiga 3 attenzione agli orari che variano così:
- Lazzi e Cap ogni ½ ora dal Lunedì al Sabato ore 7.10 (prima corsa) fino alle ore 20.10 (ultima corsa); la Domenica ogni ora con prima corsa alle ore 9.50 ed ultima corsa alle ore 19.50.

La Spiga is a structure where you can find carefully modern furnished rooms. La Spiga has the pleasure to offer you a fully relaxing holiday. Courtesy, cleaness and silence are the queens in this oasis of relax. The rooms are divided into three main buildings; La Spiga 1 and La Spiga 2 are situated in the neighbour of Florence and you can reach them by car in 15 minutes or by bus n. 35 (from the bus stop Baccellina 1).La Spiga 3, on the contrary, is situated in another area but you can reach it by bus as well. La Spiga is particularly suitable for those who wants to visit the city without any parking problems. Nearby, you can see many interesting works of art and you can spend your time going shopping in the big commercial centre I “gigli”, La Spiga 3, in fact, is situated just in front of the centre and near a healthy centre called Hidron.
Every guest will receive the room-key in order to be free to go and come as he/she likes.

It is extremely important to communicate the arrival time in order to be received.

LA SPIGA 1
La Spiga 1 is composed by a large room on the ground-floor. It is a very comfortable, bright room facing on a large green space, The room that has an own bathroom with shower can receive a maximum of 5 persons. It is also provided by a central heating for the winter months and by a air conditioner for the summer. The room clean service is effectuated every morning except for the festivities.
LA SPIGA 2
La Spiga 2 receives its guests in a small, comfortable detached house with three rooms. Two of them ( a double room and a four beds room) have a bath to share on the first floor and the third one ( a double room) has its own bathroom with a private courtyard. All of them have a central heating and a television . The clean service is effectuated every morning except during the festivities.
LA SPIGA 3
La Spiga 3 receives its guests in a comfortable flat on the fourth floor reachable through lift or stairs.
The wide rooms ( a single and a double room ) have their own bathrooms. They are furnished in a simple way and have their central heating for the winter months and the air conditioner for summer.
The room service is effectuated every morning except during the festivities.
Given that this flat is not near the main building you MUST communicate the arrival time and confirm it one hour before the arrival. It is also extremely important to take into consideration that it is not possible to effectuate the payment with Bancomat or Credit Card.

The bus time-table is the following:
-from Monday to Saturday every half an hour starting from 7,20 a.m. to 08.20 p.m.
-On Sunday every hour from 9.50 to 19.50
You can take lazzi or Cap bus with the same tiket
The other bus line is Ataf. The bus number is 30 but it is not a direct line. You have to get off in Campi Bisenzio in Orly street, take bus number 303 and get off again at the bus stop near the commercial centre I gigli

La Spiga is a family-run room rental service with several simple and functional rooms, carefully furnished in a modern style. Our prerogatives are privacy, hospitality and cleanliness. The rooms are divided between two structures which are close to each other. Situated nearby Florence –about 15 minutes away by car or with city bus number 35 (bus stop “Baccellina 1”, right out front) - La Spiga offers a stay particularly recommended for those who wish to visit the city without having to deal with parking problems. In the immediate vicinity, in addition to being able to visit various works of art, you can pass a bit of time in the large shopping center “I Gigli”.
LA SPIGA 1
La Spiga1 offers an ample room on the ground floor that is luminous, airy and comfortable, overlooking a wide green space.
The room
The room, simple and functional, can host up to a maximum of 5 people and has a private bathroom with shower. Heating is providing in the winter months and a fan in the summer. Rooms are cleaned every morning.
There is no curfew because at the moment of your arrival we will give you the keys both to the automatic external gate and to the room so that you will be independent and have access at any time of day or night.
LA SPIGA 2
La Spiga 2 hosts its guests in a small and comfortable independent house with 3 bedrooms – 2 sharing a bathroom and one with a private bathroom and courtyard.
The rooms
There are three rooms, all very spacious, one located on the ground floor (with private bathroom), and two on the floor above (with a shared bathroom). Furnished in a simple and practical manner all rooms have heating and color TV. The rooms are cleaned each morning.
Upon your arrival we will give you the keys to the front door and to the room so that you will be independent and have access at any time of day or night.

La conduction est à caractère familial et nos prérogatives sont la discrétion, l'hospitalité et pulizia. les chambres sont subdivisées en deux structures voisines entre elles. Situés aux portes de Florence, de raggiungibile par le bus citadin ligne n.35 - Arrêtée Baccellina - posizionata vraiment devant nos structures. L'Épi offre un séjour particulièrement conseillé pour ceux qui ils veulent visiter la ville sans problèmes de parking. Dans les immédiates proximités, au-delà de que pouvoir visiter les diverses oeuvres d'art, vous pouvez passer un peu de votre temps en faisant shopping dans le grand Centre Commercial les Gigli.
LA SPIGA 1
La Spiga1 est doué d'une vaste chambre à plan terrain très lumineux, bien aéré et réconfortant qu'on montre sur un vaste espace vert.
La chambre
La chambre, simple et fonctionnelle, peut recevoir jusqu'max à 5 personnes et dispose de baigne privé avec douche. Elle est pourvue de chauffage pour les mois d'hiver et ventilateur en été. La pulizia des chambres est effectuée chaque matin. Il n'y a pas horaire de rentre parce qu'à l'instant de le vôtre j'arrive vous délivrerons les clés de la grille extérieure automatique et de la chambre pour pouvoir être indépendants et avoir l'accès à tout moment du giorno et de la nuit.
LA SPIGA 2
La Spiga 2 reçoit ses clients dans une petite et réconfortante petite villa douée de 3 chambres (doubles, triples et quadruples) avec baigne en commune.
Les chambres
Les chambres sont trois, toutes beaucoup de spaziose, et sont posizionate une au plan terrain et deux au premier doucement. Meublées en manière simple et fonctionnelle sont toutes douées de chauffage et tv à des couleurs. La pulizia des chambres est effectuée chaque matin. À l'instant de le vôtre j'arrive vous sera délivré la clé de l'entrée et de la chambre de sorte que vous puissiez être indépendants pour avoir l'accès à tout moment du giorno et de la nuit.
