Il canone dovuto per notte (anche una sola notte), compresa prima colazione all’italiana (caffè, latte, brioche), ammonta ad Euro 30,00 a persona per posto letto (in camera doppia e/o tripla) ed Euro 35,00 in caso di persona singola (in camera singola, doppia e/o tripla, a seconda della disponibilità del momento). Qualora non si voglia usufruire della prima colazione, il canone dovuto si riduce rispettivamente ad Euro 25,00 ed Euro 30,00 (a condizione però che si soggiorni per almeno tre notti).
In occasione dei periodi delle principali festività (periodi di Natale, Capodanno, Pasqua, Ferragosto, ecc.) e delle manifestazioni fieristiche (Vinitaly, Fieracavalli, ecc.) il canone dovuto è di Euro 40,00 senza prima colazione.

During Christmas, New Year’s eve, Easter and on 15th August and during special occasions like the horses exhibitions and Vinitaly the price is respectively Euro 35,00 and 40,00 or 30,00 and 35,00 without breakfast, under the condition you stay at least three nights.

La nostra struttura, di recentissima apertura e completamente ristrutturata, si trova a ridosso del centro storico a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dall’Arena e dalla Casa di Giulietta, gode di ampia possibilità di parcheggio (gratuito e senza limiti di sosta) nelle immediate vicinanze ed è comodamente servita dalle linee di trasporto pubblico sia urbane (linee 11 e 12 in direzione stazione-fiera, linee 32 e 33 in direzione centro), sia extra-urbane (direzione lago di Garda per Gardaland, Canevaworld, Movie Studios: linee 62, 63, 64, 69, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76) le cui fermate si trovano tutte a meno di 200 metri.
I bagni (tre) sono ad uso esclusivo (uno per ciascuna delle tre camere disponibili) con le avvertenze di cui al nostro sito internet.
L'accoglienza degli ospiti è possibile soltanto nei seguenti orari:
A) dalle 13,30 alle 14,00 e dalle 20,30 alle 21,00 (Mercoledì e Domenica);
B) dalle 8,00 alle 9,00, dalle 13,30 alle 14,00 e dalle 20,30 alle 21,00 (negli altri giorni della settimana).
L'accoglienza in orari diversi sarà possibile esclusivamente previo consenso del proprietario e del personale di servizio.

Large and fine apartment, just restructured, close to the city walls, 10-15 minutes walking far from the Arena and Juliet’s house, close to a free parking place (with no time limit) and less than 200 meters to the busses to the centre (bus n. 11 and 12 to the station and the fair, n. 32 and 33 to the city centre) and busses to the Garda lake, Gardaland, Canevaworld and Movie Studios ( bus n. 62, 63, 64, 69, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76).

The three bathrooms (one each room) are to be used by the guests.
Guests reception is possible only on certain days:
Wednesdays and Sundays: from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m..
Other days: from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m..
Guest reception on other time tables is possible only if the owner and the personnel allow it.

Unsere Wohnung, neu restrukturiert, ist sehr nah der Stadtmauer, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß weit weg von der Arena und Julias Hause. Neben gibt es ein freier Parkplatz (keine Zeitgrenze) und 200 Meter weit gibt es Büsse für alle Rechnungen: Nummern 11,12 zum Bahnhof und Messe, 32, 33 zum Zentrum, 62, 63, 64, 69, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76 zum Gardasee, Gardaland, Canevaworld, Movie Studios.
Es gibt drei Badezimmer (ein jedes Zimmer) für die Gäste.
Die Gästeaufnahme ist nur während des folgenden Plan möglich:
Mittwoch und Sonntag von 13:30 bis 14:00 Uhr und von 20:30 bis 21:00 Uhr,
während der anderen Tagen von 8:00 bis 9:00 Uhr, von 13:30 bis 14:00 Uhr und von 20:30 bis 21:00 Uhr.
Die Gästeaufnahme ist möglich auch in anderen Zeiten, aber Besitzer und Personal müssen die Gäste bewilligen.

Notre grande appartement, refait à neuf, est en centre de ville, à 10-15 minutes à pieds dans l’Arena et la maison de Juliette. Il y a un gros parc de stationnement (sans limites du temps). ‘A 200 mètres il y a autobus pour le centre (N. 32 et 33) et la foire (N. 11 et 12) et aussi pour le lac de Garda, Gardaland, Canevaworld et Movie
Studios (N. 62, 63, 64, 69, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76)
Le trois salles de bains (une pour chaque chambre) sont pour les invités.
L’horaire de accueil est le suivent :
Mercredi et Dimanche dans 13:30 à 14:00 heures et dans 20:30 à 21:00 heures.
Les autres jours dans 8:00 à 9:00 heures, dans 13:30 à 14:00 heures et dans 20:30 à 21:00 heures.
Il est possible l’accueil des invités dans autres horaires, mais seulement ensuite la permission du propriétaire et du personnel.
