It is ideal for those who want a real taste of Italian culture in a beautiful unspoilt setting, one of the best kept secrets in Italy.

THE HOSPITALITY
Viviana’s B&B is a delightful 2 storey cottage, ideal for couples, families or a group of friends, and offers a family atmosphere with Italian hospitality.

The rooms are bright, comfortable and quiet with high quality beds.
All the bedrooms have private bathroom with shower.

There is adjacent space for private parking next to the property.
Enjoy a glass or two of wine on the terrace or private garden with panoramic breathtaking views of the Apennines Mountains and Pietra di Bismantova.
Catch a glimpse of roe deer wandering around freely. This is the ideal place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In the recent years we have had many house hunters to stay as this area is “taking off” now that Tuscany and Umbria have been bought out. We are very happy to provide information to guests in their search for a house.

The area has a multitude of amazing restaurants and trattorias where you can get a 5 course meal with wine for under 15 Euro per person.

RATES AND CONDITIONS
B&B per room per day for two people is 60 euros.
Children up to 2 years do not pay, up to 6 years 50%
Payment: Cash please, no credit card facilities
Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 9.30 a.m (other times can be agreed the evening before)
Check in: flexible time of arrival (please let us know approx. time)
Check out: please leave the room before 10.30 a.m.
Animals: not permitted
Smoking: only permitted outside or on the balcony
Own keys for more freedom
The property owner lives next door and is available for assistance.
She speaks good English and has a wide local knowledge.
