Immerso nel verde, a 850 mt di altitudine con splendida vista panoramica sulla Pietra di Bismantova e all'orizzonte i crinali dell'Appennino.
E' situato nella tranquilla località di Monteduro a 4 km da Castelnovo Monti in prossimità della SS 63 che congiunge la Val Padana alla Liguria e alla Toscana attraversando il territorio montano.
E' ottimo punto tappa per coloro che, provenendo da Milano, Verona, Venezia (comunque dal Nord), desiderino raggiungere le Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa e Firenze senza percorrere l'autostrada, ma attraversando così un territorio con incantevoli paesaggi naturalistici.
L'OSPITALITA'
La nostra casa offre un'ospitalità familiare in un'atmosfera semplice e cordiale.
Le camere sono silenziose, luminose e confortevoli con reti a doghe, materassi ortopedici e tutte con bagno privato.
A disposizione dei nostri ospiti inoltre un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con accesso direttamente ad un bella terrazza panoramica.
La villetta è circondata da un ampio e ben curato giardino con spazio adiacente per parcheggio privato.
Consegna delle chiavi per la massima libertà di spostamento.
I prezzi sono comprensivi di abbondante prima colazione a base di pane, burro, marmellate, miele, fette biscottate, biscotti, brioche, yogurt, cereali, muesli, con latte, caffè, caffè d'orzo, tè, cioccolata, succo di frutta.
Stagione fredda soggiorno minimo 2 notti, oppure, supplemento di €10 per una sola notte di pernottamento.

THE HOSPITALITY
Viviana’s B&B is a delightful 2 storey cottage, ideal for couples, families or a group of friends, and offers a family atmosphere with Italian hospitality.
The rooms are bright, comfortable and quiet with high quality beds.
All the bedrooms have private bathroom with shower.
There is adjacent space for private parking next to the property.
Enjoy a glass or two of wine on the terrace or private garden with panoramic breathtaking views of the Apennines Mountains and Pietra di Bismantova.
Catch a glimpse of roe deer wandering around freely. This is the ideal place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
In the recent years we have had many house hunters to stay as this area is “taking off” now that Tuscany and Umbria have been bought out. We are very happy to provide information to guests in their search for a house.
The area has a multitude of amazing restaurants and trattorias where you can get a 5 course meal with wine for under 15 Euro per person.

Children up to 2 years do not pay, up to 6 years 50%

Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 9.30 a.m (other times can be agreed the evening before)

Gemütliches Bed & Breakfast Landhaus mitten im Grünen auf 850 m Höhe mit einem herrlichen Panoramablick auf den "Pietra di Bismantova" (Felsen von Bismantova) und am Horizont die Gipfel der Appenninen. Es liegt im ruhigen Ort von Monteduro , 4 km von Castelnovo ne' Monti entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe der SS 63, die das Tal Padana mit Ligurien und der Toskana verbindet und das ganze Berggebiet durchquert.
Dies ist die kürzeste Panoramaverbindung um die Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa und dann Florenz durch eine atemberaubende Naturlandschaft zu erreichen (ohne die Autobahn zu nehmen).
DIE GASTFREUNDSCHAFT
Unser Haus bietet eine familiäre Gastfreundschaft in einer einfachen und herzlichen Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind hell, komfortabel, und im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Das Landhaus ist von einem gepflegten Garten umgeben, der unseren Gästen zur Verfügung steht, mit angrenzendem Privatparkplatz.
Motorradfahrer und Fahrradfahrer sind willkommen.Für sie steht ein überdachter Parkplatz mit Waschplatz und Trockenmöglickeit zur Verfügung.
Touristisches Informationsmaterial steht kostenlos zur Verfügung: Landkarten, Wanderkarten (zu Fuss, Mountainbike, oder zu Horse Pferd), detaillierte Strassenkarten mit Motorradausflügen in die Appenninen, Toskana und Emilia. Informationen über Restaurants und Gaststätten (Volksfeste, Hofbesichtigungen, Essigproduktion).

"Die Suite" (kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang und direktem Zugang in den Garten) besteht aus einem schönen Doppel Schlafzimmer , einem Wohnzimmer und Schlafsofa (für eine Person), privates Bad (Dusche, Bidet, Waschbecken und WC).
Im 1. Stock
"Zimmers" (Etagenbad). Unseren Gästen steht ein grosser und heller Aufenthaltsraum und direktem Zugang zu einer herrlichen Panorama Terrasse zur Verfügung.

Belle maison à 850 m. d’altitude avec une vue magnifique sur la "Pietra di Bismantova"et à l’horizon les crêtes des Apennins. Elle est située dans la tranquille localité de Monteduro à 4 km de Castelnovo ne' Monti et près de la route nationale SS63 qui jointe la «Val Padana» à la Ligurie et la Toscane. Elle est excellente étape pour ceux qui, en provenant de Milan, de Vérone, de Venice (de toute façon du Nord), ils désirent rejoindre les Cinq Terres, Lucque, Pise et Florence sans parcourir l'Autoroute, mais en traversant ainsi un territoire avec des charmants paysages naturalistes.
L'HOSPITALITE'
Notre maison offre une hospitalité familiale dans une atmosphère simple et chalereuse. Les chambres bien allumees, confortables, silencieuses sont aménagèes dans le style rustique. La petite villa est entourée d'un vaste et bien soigné jardin à disposition des hôtes avec espace adjacent pour parking privé.
Nous mettons volentiers à disposition des cyclistes et des motards des abris et des salles de lavage ed de séchage en cas de pluie.
Des dépliants touristiques et de nombreux prospectus sont à votre disposition pour les randonnée à pied, à velo ou à cheval, des road-books détaillès avec des itinéraires pour motocyclistes dans l’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, ainsi que des informations sur les parcours gastronomiques (fêtes de village, visites de fromageries et de vinaigreries) et sur les restaurants avec lesquels, pour certains d'entre eux, nous avons des partenariats afin d'offrir à nos hôtes une cuisine locale a prix préférentiels.

Au rez-de-chaussée
« La Suite », à deux pièces avec entrée indépendante et accès directement au jardin -composée d’une belle chambre double, d’une séjour avec divan-lit (simple), et d’une salle de bain privée.
Au premier étage
Chambres (avec salle de bain à l’étage) et à disposition des hôtes une vaste et lumineux séjour avec accès directement à une belle terrasse panoramique.
