Immersa nel verde dei suoi giardini, a pochi minuti dal mare, Villa Caristo è un indimenticabile luogo di relax che ha conservato per secoli le preziosità e le atmosfere da sogno che la storia le ha donato. Lo stile regale tardo-barocco associato alla natura incontaminata e la tranquillità del luogo vi regalerà una vacanza davvero indimenticabile. Per accogliere i nostri ospiti abbiamo realizzato delle accoglienti stanze in un antico frantoio costruito al fianco della villa nei primi dell’ 800 ad oggi restrutturato. L’azienda agricola annessa e la gestione familiare, ci consente di offrire un’ospitalità da agriturismo particolare. La nostra struttura è facilmente raggiungibile, si trova nei pressi di Stignano, città natale di Tommaso Campanella. Il risveglio dei nostri ospiti sarà accompagnato da una ricca colazione a base di dolci tipici caserecci e marmellate fatte in casa dai nostri frutti. Non disponiamo di un vero e proprio ristorante, ma su richiesta dei nostri ospiti saremo lieti di approntare una cucina tipica casereccia con piatti e prodotti tipici realizzati con i prodotti della nostra azienda.
Gli amanti della natura potrannoo passeggiare indisturbati nei girdini del parco, nella pineta adiacente, leggere un libro sotto l’ombra delle imponenti palme o ascoltre il richiamo della natura nella “valle del silenzio” dove scorre il torrente “Favaco“.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and just a few minutes from the sea, Villa Caristo is a prestigious and historic place which is perfect for a relaxing break. The Baroque-style villa is situated in a peaceful location, and surrounded by nature, guaranteeing our guests an unforgetable holiday.
We offer welcoming rooms in an old-style oil mill which was built next to the villa at the beginning of the 1800’s and that has recently been renovated.
The family concern farm own managed give us the opportunity to offer a traditional farm-type holiday. It’s easy to reach us, the Villa is situated near Stignano, the town where Tommaso Campanella was born.
Our guests are woken up with a delicious breakfast of local sweets and home-made jams. Although we don’t have a restaurant, we are happy to prepare local dishes for our guests upon request.
Nature-lovers will have the chance to walk in the peace and tranquillity of our gardens and nearby pine-wood, read a book in the shade of one of the numerous palm trees, or listen to the birds singing on the “Silent Valley” where the Favaco stream runs.
The Villa is positioned only 6 km from the sea and the Ionic Ste road, giving our guest the opportunity to visit local places of interest and the nearby countryside. For example the cathedrals of Stilo and Gerace and the local area, the bastion of Roccella Ionica, the Locri Museum of archaeology, as well as the Caulonia sea-front and the beautiful city of Reggio Calabria.

Noyée dans un écrin de verdure, à deux pas de la mer, La Villa Caristo est un lieu unique de villiégature, qui vous offre tout ce qu'elle de plus de précieux, une atmosphère particulière, héritée des siècles passés.
Nous disposons de 8 chambres agréables, situées dans un ancien moulin à huile, construit au début du XVIII° siècle, et aujourd'hui restructuré.
L'entreprise agricole annexe et sa gestion familiale font que l'accueil est digne d'une adresse qui relève de l'agri-tourisme.
Pour nous trouver, La Villa Caristo est située toute proche de Stignano, village natif du philosophe Tommaso Campanella.
Dés le matin, un petit déjeuner vous sera servi copieusement, à base de produits de la région, de gâteaux typiques et de confitures faîtes maison avec des fruits récoltés à la Villa Caristo.
Sur demande, (faute de salle de restaurant traditionnelle), nous vous offrons la possibilité cependant, de déguster notre cuisine du terroir, ses spécialités, et découvrir ainsi nos produits de la ferme, pour notre plus grand plaisir.
Une pinède adjacente à la Villa, nos jardins et notre parc sont là pour répondre aux souhaits des amoureux de la nature, savourer une promenade, un moment de calme ou de lecture, à l'ombre des grands palmiers, ou alors se laisser séduire par le chant des oiseaux dans la "Vallée du silence", traversée par la rivière "Favaco".
La situation géographique de la Villa Caristo, à seulement 6 KM. de la mer et de la route nationale, vous offre la possibilité de visiter d'autres lieux culturels proches, tels que les cathédrales de Stilo, de Gerace et ses environs, le Musée archéologique de Locri, le Bastion de Roccella jonica, le bord de mer de Caulonia et la magnifique ville de Reggio Calabria.
