AFFITTACAMERE COTORELLE si trova ad appena mezzo km. dal bivio che vi può condurre a Monterosso, Levanto, Bonassola, nel Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre e nei borghi marinari del comprensorio, in località “Case Lodola”, nella verde Val di Vara. La struttura è dotata di 4 camere spaziose, confortevoli e silenziose.
Anche all’esterno il giardino che circonda la villa è ricco di vegetazione variegata, nello spazioso retro casa, gli ospiti troveranno una piscina. L’ubicazione di questo bell'AFFITTACAMERE è in un punto strategico che vi permetterà di raggiungere attraverso itinerari tranquilli sia i borghi delle Cinque Terre(Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola e Riomaggiore) che tutte le altre belle località della costa ligure (Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, S.Terenzo, La Spezia, Portovenere Sarzana ecc..ecc..) ed anche quelle della Toscana (Marina di Carrara, Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio ecc..ecc..). Da sottolineare che l’autostrada A.12 (casello autostradale di Brugnato – SP-) passa a pochi km. da Cotorelle.

In a distance of only half a km from the crossroads which leads to Monterosso, Levanto, Bonassola, the National Park of the Cinque Terre, and the maritime villages of the surroundings, is situated the village “Case Lodola” (in the green Vara Valley, which is located behind the Park). Recently the family La Porta has opened a B&B called “Cotorelle” (antique name of the village). This B&B is a beautiful structure with tasteful and functional furniture. A lot of attention has been paid to every single detail. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, silent and dispose of high quality toilets and washrooms.
In the garden, which surrounds the villa, the guests can admire a rich and various vegetation (plants and flowers everywhere); behind the house there is a swimming pool with the possibility of having a sunbath (sun beds and deckchairs). Next to the swimming pool there is an arbour made of wood; this accessory completes our offer, and is one of those details which make the difference. After a refreshing bath, the guests can relax in the shadow while reading a good book or having a cool drink.
The strategic position allows you to reach along silent streets the villages of the Cinque Terre (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore), the beautiful villages of Liguria’s coast (Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, S. Terenzo, La Spezia, Portovenere, Sarzana etc.) as well as the region Tuscany (Marina di Carrara, Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio etc.). We would like to point out that the motorway A12 (tollgate of Brugnato – SP) is in a distance of only a few km from Cotorelle. What else to say? … do not forget to call “Cotorelle” in order to book your holidays!

Nicht einmal einen halben km entfernt von der Abzweigung, die nach Monterosso, Levanto, Bonassola und den Nationalpark der Cinque Terre sowie zu den Fischerdörfern der Gegend führt, liegt die Ortschaft „Case Lodola”. Wir befinden uns im grünen Varatal gleich hinter dem Nationalpark. Vor kurzem eröffnete die Familie La Porta ein B&B mit dem Namen „Cotorello“ (antiker Name der Ortschaft). Es handelt sich um eine schöne nagelneue Struktur, die geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet ist. Die Feinarbeit jedes einzelnen Details wurde mit viel Aufmerksamkeit durchgeführt. Die Zimmer sind schön, geräumig, bequem und ruhig und mit qualitativ hochwertigen Sanitäranlagen ausgestattet.
Der Garten, der die Villa umgibt, wird von einer vielseitigen Vegetation beherrscht (Pflanzen und Blumen überall); hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Schwimmbad mit der Möglichkeit zum Sonnenbaden (Liegebetten und Liegestühle). Neben dem Schwimmbad steht eine Laube aus Holz; dieses Accessoire vervollständigt das Angebot unseres B&B’s, und gehört zu den Details, die besonders geschätzt werden, und die den Unterschied ausmachen. Nach einem erfrischenden Bad, können sich die Urlauber im Schatten ausruhen und dabei vielleicht ein gutes Buch lesen oder ein kühles Getränk genießen.
Unser B&B befindet sich in einer strategisch günstigen Lage, von wo aus man über ruhige Wanderwege sowohl die Ortschaften der Cinque Terre (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola und Riomaggiore) als auch die anderen schönen Ortschaften der ligurischen Küste erreicht (Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, S. Terenzo, La Spezia, Portovenere, Sarzana etc.). Selbst die Toskana ist nicht weit entfernt (mit Marina di Carrara, Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio etc.). Wir möchten hervorheben, dass die Autobahn A12 (Autobahnausfahrt Brugnato – SP) ganz in der Nähe von Cotorelle verläuft. Was ist noch zu sagen?
Ach ja... vergesst nicht, „Cotorelle“ anzurufen, um Euren Aufenthalt zu buchen

C’est à environ 500 mètres du carrefour menant à Monterosso, Levanto, Bonassola, dans le Parc National des Cinque Terre et dans les villages maritimes du territoire, et dans la localité de «Case Lodola» (dans la verte Vallée de Vara qui se trouve derrière le Parc), que la famille La Porta ha ouvert – il y a quelques jours - un B&B et lui a donné le nom «Cotorelle» (ancien nom de l’endroit). Il s’agit d’une belle maison récemment construite et meublée avec bon goût, fonctionnelle et raffinée même et surtout dans les détails. Les chambres sont belles, grandes, avec salle de bain de meilleure qualité, confortables et tranquilles.
Le jardin qui entoure la villa est riche de végétation variée (des plantes et fleurs bien distribuées); à l’extérieur, sur le grand terrain derrière la maison, les clients trouveront une piscine traditionnelle avec autour un plancher en terre cuite où on peut prendre le soleil et se reposer sur des chaises longues. Près de la piscine il y a une tonnelle fixe en bois; cet accessoire sert à compléter les commodités que tout le monde apprécie de plus en plus et qui marquent une différence et avant tout un moyen optimal pour que les clients puissent profiter de l’ombre après un bain rafraichissant, pour se reposer, lire un bon livre ou prendre une boisson fraîche ou autre chose.
Le bâtiment de ce beau B&B se trouve dans un point idéal qui vous permettra d’arriver à travers des itinéraires tranquilles soit dans les villages des Cinque Terre (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola et Riomaggiore) soit dans toutes les autres belles localités de la côte ligurienne (Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, S.Terenzo, La Spezia, Portovenere Sarzana etc..etc..) soit dans celles de la Toscane (Marina di Carrara, Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio etc..etc..). Il faut noter que l’autoroute A.12 (point de péage à Brugnato – SP) passe à quelques km de Cotorelle.
