Il Bed & Breakfast Villa Iolanda è una Villa signorile che si affaccia sul porto d’Ischia ed è avvolta nel suo verde mediterraneo di Ulivi, Pini e Palme secolari. Le sue terrazze sono a disposizione degli ospiti con spazi attrezzati con sedie e tavoli.
Con il bel tempo la prima colazione viene servita nel terrazzo degli Ulivi.
Le camere hanno nomi di piante, tutte doppie ed alcune possono diventare anche triple confortevoli e simpaticamente arredate.
Alcune con servizi privati ed altri con bagno in comune, aria
condizionata autonoma e balconi in tutte le stanze.
Un grande salone con divani e sedie può riunire gli ospiti per la visione della TV.
Inoltre coloro che raggiungono l’isola con la propria barca potranno ormeggiarla presso la banchina “la Pagoda” (a pagamento previa prenotazione e disponibilità) che dista soltanto mt. 100 da Villa Iolanda.
Siamo spiacenti di non poter ospitare i vs. e ns. amici a quattro zampe.
Località: Ischia,il comune principale dell’Isola d’Ischia, presenta il più alto numero di abitanti ed è delimitata dalle spiagge degli Inglesi, del Lido
e di Cartaromana. Il porto con la sua caratteristica forma circolare, è un’importante punto d’incontro. Vi attraccano traghetti, aliscafi e barche
private.Al porto c’è sempre movimento!
Sulla Rive Droite, quelle che una volta erano le case dei pescatori sono state sostituite da una colorata fila di ristoranti, taverne e locali notturni e
sono diventate un punto d’incontro alla moda.
La zona di Ponte invece è piuttosto un luogo da visitare con i suoi piccoli
vicoli, le antiche case, i tanti piccoli negozi, le gallerie d’arte, il Museo del Mare e le chiese più importanti dell’isola d’Ischia.
Il bed & breakfast Villa Iolanda dista appena mt. 150 della
famosa Rive Droite fulcro della Movida Ischitana e dalla centralissima
Via Roma zona pedonale dove ci sono numerosi negozi e boutique di alta moda, che arrivano fino al centro storico di Ischia Ponte chiamato una volta Borgo di Celsa.
Appena si lascia Villa Iolanda basta percorrere 20 mt. che si è
proiettati sulla banchina portuale dove si ha la possibilità di poter :
noleggiare barche, gommoni, auto, moto, biciclette e andare a scoprire i fondali Ischitani con i Diving Center dell’isola.
Si possono effettuare escursioni con motobarche che partono ogni giorno dal Porto d’Ischia per il giro dell’isola, per Capri, Positano, Amalfi, Procida, Ventotene, Ponza .
Villa Iolanda confina con Salita S.Alessandro stradina storica che conduce all’antico Borgo ricco di storia, e impreziosito dalla rinomata spiaggia degli Inglesi.
Lo stazionamento principale degli Autobus per raggiungere qualsiasi
località dell’isola dista soli tre minuti a piedi da Villa Iolanda.
Prendendo il bus in direzione Casamicciola dopo appena due fermate si raggiunge il rinomato Parco Termale Castiglione con piscine saune spiagge private, bar ristorante dove poter trascorrere un’intera giornata all’insegna del relax e benessere.

The rooms have names of plants, all double ones and some can become also triple comfortable and likeably furnished. Some with private services and others with bath in common, air conditioned independent and balconies in all the rooms. A great hall with arm-chair and chairs can re-unite the guests for the vision of the TV. Moreover those who arrive at the island with the own boat will be able to moor it near the dock “the Pagoda” (to payment previa reservation and availability) distant mt. 100 from Villa Iolanda. Bed & Breakfast Villa Iolanda ist eine elegante Villa mit Blick auf den Hafen von Ischia und ist umgeben von mediterranem Gruen von Olivenbaeumen, Pinien und hochgewachsenen Palmen. Seine Terrassen mit Tischen und Stuehlen stehen den Gaesten zur Verfuegung.
Bei schoenem Wetter wird das Fruehstueck auf der "Oliventerrasse" serviert. Die Zimmer haben Pflanzen-Namen; alle sind Doppelzimmer, wovon manche auch als komfortable Dreibettzimmer benutzt werden koennen. Es gibt Zimmer mit gemeinsamem Bad und welche mit privatem Bad; alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage und einen Balkon. Im grossen Salon mit Sofas und Sitzgelegenheiten koennen die Gaeste fernsehen.
Fuer Gaeste, die die Insel mit dem eigenen Boot erreichen, gibt es die Anlegemoeglichkeit "la Pagoda" (gegen Bezahlung, nach Voranmeldung) in 100 m Entfernung von der Villa Iolanda.
Leider koennen wir keine Haustiere beherbergen.
Lage: Ischia, der Hauptort der Insel Ischia, hat die meisten Einwohner und ist begrenzt vom "Strand der Englaender" (Spiaggia degli Inglesi), Strand del Lido (Spiaggia del Lido) und dem Strand von Cartaromana (Spiaggia di Cartaromana). Der Hafen mit seiner charakteristischen runden Form ist ein wichtiger Treffpunkt. Hier legen Faehren (Traghetti), Tragfluegelboote (Aliscafi) und private Yachten an. Am Hafen ist immer was los!
Wo frueher die Haeuser der Fischer waren, ist jetzt eine lange bunte Reihe von Restaurants, Tavernen und Nachtlokalen, die zum beliebten Treffpunkt wurden (Rive Droite).
Die nahe gelegene Gegend von "Ponte" dagegen ist einen Spaziergang wert, mit seinen engen Gassen, den antiken Haeusern, den vielen kleinen Geschaeften, den Kunstgalerien, dem Museum des Meeres (Museo del Mare) und den bedeutendsten Kirchen der Insel.
Villa Iolanda ist nur 150 m von der beruehmten Rive Droite entfernt, dem Treffpunkt Ischias, und von der im Zentrum gelegenen Via Roma, der Fussgaengerzone, wo sich zahlreiche Geschaefte und Boutiquen exquisiter Mode befinden, die bis zum historischen Zentrum von "Ischia Ponte" reichen.
Sobald man Villa Iolanda verlaesst, ist man im Hafengebiet, wo man Boote, Schlauchboote (gommoni), Autos, Motorroller, Fahrraeder oder, im Diving Center, Tauchausruestung leihen kann.
Man kann Exkursionen um die Insel oder nach Capri, Positano, Amalfi, Procida, Ventotene oder Ponza unternehmen auf Schiffen, die jeden Tag vom Hafen ablegen.
Der Busbahnhof von Ischia, von dem aus jeder Ort der Insel erreicht werden kann, ist nur drei Minuten zu Fuss von Villa Iolanda entfernt. Wenn man den Bus in Richtung Casamicciola nimmt, erreicht man schon nach 2 Haltestellen den renomierten Thermalpark Castiglione mit Schwimmbecken, Saunen, Privatstraenden, Bar und Restaurant, wo man den ganzen Tag relaxen und sich wohlfuehlen kann.
