A soli 3.4 km dall'aeroporto di Ciampino,(servizio navetta gratuito) situata all'interno del complesso residenziale "Green House", vicinissima alla fermata del treno (Stazione di Santa Maria delle Mole), con 20 minuti potrete raggiungere la stazione di Roma Termini, da dove potrete iniziare il vostro tour della città.
La nostra casa ha ingresso indipendente, un ampio giardino con barbecue, un comodo parcheggio ed il primo piano (con due stanze da letto ed un bagno) è interamente destinato agli ospiti.
All'interno del nostro complesso residenziale è presente un grande centro sportivo (tennis,piscina, palestre).
A soli cinque minuti di macchina, il lago di Castel Gandolfo
vi attende con le sue gradevoli spiagge ed i lussureggianti boschi
che lo circondano, dove potrete fare bellissime passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta.
Potrete visitare tutti i Castelli Romani e conoscere così

Located at only 3,4 km from Ciampino Airport (free transfer service on request) and at 20min from the Roma-Termini Railway Station, our house, plunged into the green, wellcomes you with kindness, discresion and familiarity. The B&B "Nel verde" situated into the "Green House" Residential Complex (near the local station of S.M.Mole) and, within only 20minutes by train, you will reach the center of Rome and will be able to start your city tour. The house has got an indipendent entrance, a nice garden and a usefull parking lot. The first floor, where there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, is riserved exclusively for guests' use. Inside the "Green House" there is a big Sporting-center (tennis, swimming-pool, and gyms). Only five minutes by car, the Castelgandolfo lake (known also as the papal sea residence) is waiting you with its pleasant beaches and its luxuriant surounding woods, where you will be able to walk and ride bikes. You can also visit the "Castelli Romani" area, (hill villages near Rome) and thus know the artistic, historical, cultural, gastronomic and oenological inheritance. Wir wohnen nur 3.4 km vom Flughafen Ciampino entfernt (Zubringerservice gratis).
Es gibt gute Verkehrsverbindungen nach Rom. Der Zug ist in nur 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof , “Stazione Termini”, welcher idealer Ausgangspunkt fuer jegliche Stadtbesichtigungen ist.
Unser Haus befindet sich am Ende von S. Maria delle Mole in einem ruhigen, parkaehnlichen Komplex, dem “Green House”.
Unsere Gaeste werden mit Freundlichkeit und Diskretion in einer familiaeren Atmosphaere empfangen.
Unser Haus besitzt fuer Sie einen unabhaengigen Eingang, einen grossen Garten mit Barbecuemoeglichkeit und einen bequemen Parkplatz.
Das erste Stockwerk steht mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad unseren Besuchern zur Verfuegung.
In unserer Wohnanlage gibt es auch ein Sportzentrum mit Tennisplaetzen, Schwimmbad und Fitnessmoeglichkeiten.
In nur 5 Minuten erreicht man den Albaner See (Castel Gandolfo). Schoene Strandpartien und Waelder ringsherum eignen sich zum Wandern und Radfahren.
Von uns aus kann man leicht alle “Castelli Romani” besuchen und mit der Kulturgeschichte, Kunst und gastronomischen Spezialitaeten der Region vertraut werden.

Au calme, en plein coeur du parc résidentiel «Green house », notre maison présente l’avantage d’être située près de la gare de Santa Maria delle Mole(0,5 Km environ), d’où vous pourrez gagner la gare de Rome Termini en 20 minutes par le train et commencer votre visite de la ville.
Le pavillon, dont le premier étage (avec 2 chambres et une salle de bain) est entièrement réservé aux hôtes, possède une entrée indépendante, un jardin et un ample parking. A l’intérieur du parc, se trouve un centre sportif avec piscine, gymnases et courts de tennis.
Le lac de Castel Gandolfo, dominé par la résidence estivale du Pape et bordé de petites plages et de bois, n’est qu’à 5 Km et vous attend pour vous baigner et faire d’agréables promenades.
