I nostri appartamenti sono situati nel centro storico della cittadina di Salo', a soli 20 metri dalla spiaggia e dal lungolago - il lungolago pedonale piu' lungo dell'intero lago di Garda, ben 2,8 km.
Il palazzo settecentesco e' di nuovissima ristrutturazione e l'attivita' di ricezione turistica ha aperto i battenti a Maggio del 2007.
Gli appartamenti hanno finiture di pregio e sono arredati con cura nei particolari; presentano travi lignee a vista, ampie finestre, spazi soppalcati, balconcini e terrazze.
Sono dotati di comfort: riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata (a richiesta), televisione, lavatrice, ascensore. Le cucine, abitabili, sono attrezzate e dispongono di forno, frigorifero, freezer. Tre appartamenti sono vista lago; la mansarda ha un'ampia terrazza con ampio panorama sul Golfo.
A breve sarà disponibile un giardino esclusivo di 400 mq dove potrete rilassarvi nella zona relax, mangiare all'aperto nell'angolo barbecue, giocare a ping pong etc.
Nelle immediate vicinanze e' possibile trovare parcheggio pubblico e vari servizi: supermercati, poste, banche, internet point, piscina, campi da tennis, pista da skate roller.

Our apartments are situated in the historical centre of a small town, Salò, at twenty meters from the beach and from the lake-front – the longest pedestrian lake-front of the Garda lake with its 2,8 km. The 18th century building has been recently renovated and it will welcome the first guests starting from May 2007.
The apartments have prestige finishing and they have been furnished with attentive care; wooden beam ceiling in view, wide windows, intermediate floors, balconies and terraces.
They are supplied with all comforts: independent heating, air conditioning (at call), television set, washing machine, and elevator. The dinette kitchens are furnished with oven, fridge and freezer. You will also find
Three apartments of the building are with view on the lake; the attic has an ample terrace with a great view on the Garda gulf.
In the neighbourhood it is possible to find public parking and several useful services such as supermarkets, postal offices, banks, internet points, swimming-pool, tennis courts, skate roller rinks.
It is also possible to purchase your meals in our butchery and delicatessen shop with lower fares especially offered to our guests.

Unsere Wohnungen befinden sich im historischen Zentrum des Städtchens Salò, nur 20 Meter vom Strand und der Uferpromenade, der längsten Fußgängerpromenade des Gardasees, ganze 2,8 km, entfernt. Der Palast stammt aus dem 18.Jahrhundert erst kürzlichst restauriert und der Empfang der Touristen öffnet seine Pforten im April des Jahres 2007. Die Wohnungen sind wertvoll bearbeitet und bei der Einrichtung wurden die Einzelheiten sorgfältig beachtet; sie besitzen lange Balken, großzügige Fenster, Hängeböden, Balkonchen und Terrassen. Sie sind mit jedwedem Komfort ausgerüstet: autonome Heizung, klimatisierte Luft am Anruf , Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Kühltruhe. Die Wohnküchen sind eingerichtet und haben Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kühltruhe. Drei Wohnungen haben Seeblick. Die Mansarde besitzt eine großzügige Terrasse mit einem weiten Panorama des Golfs. Gleich in der Nähe kann man öffentliche Parkplätze und verschiedene Service finden: Supermarkte, Post, Bank, Internet Point, Schwimmbad, Tennisplätze, Rollerskatepisten. Nos appartements sont situés dans le centre historique de la petite ville de Salò, à 20 mètres seulement de la plage et de la promenade la plus longue de tout le lac de Garde, 2,8 km Le palais du 18é siècle a été récemment renouvelé et notre activité de réception touristique va commencer en avril 2007.
Les appartements ont des finissages de prestige et ils sont meublés avec soin pour les détails ; ils présentent aussi des plafonds avec des poutres en bois, de grandes fenêtres, espaces avec mezzanines, balcons et terrasses.
Ils sont conçus pour donner tous les conforts : chauffage autonome, climatisation ( à l'appel) , télévision, machine à laver, frigo et congélateur. Trois de nos appartements sont avec vue sur le lac ; la mansarde a une grande terrasse avec panorama sur le golfe.
A proximité du palais il est possible de trouver un parking publique et d’autres facilités comme des supermarchés, bureau de la poste, banques, Internet point, piscine publique, courts de tennis, pistes pour les skate rollers.
