Tramonti (unitamente ad Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Maiori, Minori ecc.) è uno dei tredici comuni che compongono la Costiera Amalfitana ( Patrimonio Mondiale dell’U.N.E.S.C.O.), ed è anche l’unico comune che è rimasto ancorato alle tradizioni contadine, ai ritmi della natura, ai sapori ed ai profumi di una volta. Per la vastità del suo territorio, Tramonti rappresenta per l’intera Costiera Amalfitana un enorme serbatoio di verde, in quanto dispone di una fittissima vegetazione, con castagni secolari, vigneti dai quali si produce l’ottimo vino D.o.c."Costa D'Amalfi" e limoneti dai quali si produce lo Sfusato Amalfitano I.G.P. (indicazione geografica protetta) con il nome "Limone Costa d'Amalfi". A brevissima distanza è possibile tuffarsi nell'incantevole mare della Costiera Amalfitana dove in pochi metri mare e montagna si alternano in pittoresche baie ed insenature tra una vegetazione impreziosita dagli agrumi e dai profumi della macchia mediterranea.
L’appartamento Casa Boccia è situato sulle colline della Costiera Amalfitana. Appena ristrutturata secondo i canoni originari,la casa indipendente mantiene inalterata la tipica struttura delle vecchie case di campagna.
La casa è circondata da giardini con alberi di castagno,vigneti e limoneti. Larghe finestre e terrazzi aprono all’ospite la splendida vista sulle colline circostanti e sull’azzurro del cielo e del mare.

L’appartamento si sviluppa su due piani. Al primo piano si trova il salone con divano letto,la cucina completamente attrezzata ed un bagno. Salendo le scale si raggiunge il secondo piano costituito da una camera da letto matrimoniale, da una cameretta con due lettini,entrambe con terrazzo panoramico,e dal bagno con doccia.

Tramonti (together with Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Maiori, Minori, etc.) is one of the thirteen countries of the Amalfi Coast (included in the world heritage list of U.N.E.S.C.O.) and it is only one which has remained attached to its rural traditions, to the rhythms of the still untouched nature and to the flavour and tastes of the past.
Due to the vastness of its territory, Tramonti represents for the entire coast an enormous green tank,
because there are closely planted trees such as secular chestnut trees, enormous vineyards where it is produced the excellent controlled origin wine “Costa d’Amalfi”, and lemon trees where it is cultivated the “Sfusato” lemon of the Amalfi Coast witch is used for the production of the well known liqueur the so called “Limoncello”.
A little way out of Tramonti it is possible to dive into the enchanting blue Mediterranean sea of the Amalfi Coast where sea en mountains in the space of fey metres bays and creeks follow one after the other among lemon trees and scents of Mediterranean spot.

Sie ist die einzige Komune, die noch bei den urspruenglichen, baeuerlichen Tradizionen geblieben ist, im Einklang mit der Natur, den Geschmaeckern und Dueften von einst. Mit der Weitlaeufigkeit des Gebietes bietet Tramonti im Inneren der Costiera Amalfitana ein immenses Gruen, mit umfangreicher Vegetation, Kastanienwaeldern, Weinbergen, die den guten D.O.C.-Wein "Costa D'Amalfi" hervorbringen, Zitronenhaine, aus denen der "Sfusato Amalfitano I.G.P. (geschuetze geografische Bezeichnung) mit dem Namen "Limone Costa d'Amalfi" hervorgeht. In geringer Distanz ist es moeglich, in das bezaubernde Meer der Costiera Amalfitana einzutauchen, wo sich in wenigen Metern Meer und Berge in pitoreske Buchten inmitten von ueppigen Zitronenpflanzungen und den Dueften der mediterranen Macchia vereinen.
Das Gaestehaus "Casa Boccia" ist auf den Huegeln der Costiera Amalfitana platziert. Eben erst dem Original entsprechend restauriert, bewahrt das unabhaengige Haus die typisch laendliche Struktur der alten Haeuser.
Das Haus ist umgeben von Kastanienwaeldern, Weinbergen und Zitronengaerten. Breite Fenster und Terassen eroeffnen dem Gast die einmalige Aussicht auf die umliegenden Huegeln, auf das Blau des Himmels und des Meeres.
Es spiegelt die richtige Loesung fuer Denjenigen wieder, der einen Urlaub zwischen Natur und Relax sucht.
Die Lage ist idealer Ausgangspunkt fuer eine Reihe von lehrreichen und unvergesslichen Ausfluegen: Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Pompei, Ercolano, dem Park um den Vesuv und andere, beliebte, turistische Punkte in der Umgebung.

La maison a deux étages : au premier étage, se trouve le salon avec canapé-lit, la cuisine complètement équipée et une salle de bains. Montant les escaliers, on arrive au deuxième étage où se trouvent une chambre à grand lit, une chambre avec deux lits ( le deux chambre ont une terrasse panoramique) et une salle de bains avec douche.
Sont inclus dans le prix: lumière, gaz, eau, chauffage, TV satellite, machine à laver, change du linge hebdomadaire et nettoyage final.
